RETURN & REFUND POLICY
RIZQN™ is committed to providing premium products and customer support. Due to the nature of dietary supplements and wellness products, please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
This policy applies to all purchases made through RIZQN GROUP LTD.
1. 30 DAY PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30 Day Performance Guarantee on eligible first-time purchases made directly through our website.
Our Performance Guarantee is designed for genuine customers who have used the product consistently and in good faith.
If you are unsatisfied with your eligible first-time purchase, you may contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a review of your order.
Please note:
• The guarantee applies only to first-time purchases of a product or stack.
• Only one Performance Guarantee claim may be made per customer, household, payment method or delivery address.
• We reserve the right to deny claims where abuse, fraud, excessive refund activity or policy manipulation is suspected.
• Customers may be asked to provide evidence of usage before a refund is considered.
2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a refund, replacement or Performance Guarantee review, customers may be required to provide:
• order number;
• proof of purchase;
• photographs of products and packaging;
• explanation of product usage;
• confirmation that the product was used as directed for a reasonable period of time.
Requests submitted without sufficient information may be delayed or declined.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene, safety and quality control reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable:
• opened supplement products;
• used products;
• consumable wellness products;
• gift cards;
• promotional or complimentary items;
• products marked as final sale.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
4. DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at enquiries@rizqn.co.uk.
We may request:
• photographs of the product;
• photographs of shipping packaging;
• shipping label images;
• order details.
We reserve the right to investigate claims before issuing replacements or refunds.
5. REFUND REVIEW PROCESS
Refund requests are reviewed individually.
Approval of a refund is not automatic and remains at the sole discretion of RIZQN GROUP LTD in accordance with this policy and applicable law.
Where approved:
• refunds are issued to the original payment method only;
• shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless legally required;

6. ABUSE, FRAUD & POLICY MISUSE
To protect our customers and business, we actively monitor refund activity, account behaviour and abuse patterns.

• refuse service
where we reasonably believe there has been:

7. CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to contact RIZQN™ directly to resolve issues before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:
• account restrictions;
• refusal of future orders;
• evidence being submitted to payment providers;
• recovery action where appropriate.
8. SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
Subscription orders may be cancelled before the next billing cycle through your subscription account or by contacting us.
Once a subscription renewal payment has been processed, that order is considered final and subject to this policy.
Repeated refund requests on subscription orders may result in subscription cancellation or account restrictions.
9. RETURN SHIPPING
Where returns are authorised, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Returns must not be sent without prior approval.
Unauthorised returns may not be accepted or processed.
10. PROCESSING TIMES
Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your payment provider or bank.
